Enerray confirms itself as the first italian operator in photovoltaic O&M

New dedicated services and 98% of interventions within 3 hours from fault.

Enerray, acquired over 100 MWp in O&M in 2017 and once again confirms itself as Italian leader in the maintenance of PV plants with an overall capacity of 580 MWp.

“The new challenge of the year 2018 – declares Aldo Moretti, Director of O&M – will be the achievement of 700 MWp, thanks to continuous investments in the improvement of services and a transparent relationship of trust with customers. Despite the extremely competitive panorama of the photovoltaic O&M market in Italy, Enerray has distinguished itself through the differentiation and increase of its offers, developing new procedures and mechanisms for measuring efficiency and profitability.”

Therefore the new organization structure has led to an improvement in the management process, creating new figures of responsibility such as: the “Help Desk” to manage the digitalized fault resolution system called “Trouble Ticketing“; the “Field Force” dedicated to the coordination of maintenance activities and technicians; the “Performance Specialist” able to analyse production data and faults, proposing activities to improve performance; the “Admin Management” which provides assistance for everything related to administrative practices. The figure of the “Service Manager“, a point of reference for the investor and responsible of the contract, is also considered in this light.

“In particular – continues Aldo Moretti – in order to speed up the resolution of any malfunctions, Enerray developed a proprietary trouble-ticketing system in order to have an instant and automatic communication system between the control room and the technicians when a fault is detected. Moreover this system includes historical data of each intervention. This digitalized system allows Enerray to achieve intervention times of less than 3 hours. We have received great satisfaction form our customers: thanks to this system they can follow in real time the chronology of the interventions and possibly open information tickets themselves “.

In Italy, Enerray has two Control Rooms active 7 days a week, 24 hours a day; twenty framework agreements with inverter manufacturers; five owned warehouses located throughout the national territory.

In addition, the acquisition of six plants in Thailand (for a total capacity of 75 MWp), the management of over 100 MWp in Turkey, of 33 MWp in Jordan, plus several MWp on rooftop in Latin America, for a total capacity of more than 800 MWp confirm the capacity of Enerray to work globally.
