On 11 October, an official presentation of the pv project was organized with the involvement of the Governor of the Northern Region, the main local delegations, ministries, village leaders and other figures of the local community for a total of about 120 spectators. The event was shot by the national CRTV television. The presentation aroused great interest in the solar project, as it was stressed the need for electricity production to overcome its complete lack in certain areas and to remedy black-out problems during the dry season (from february to july).
